Are glass containers allowed?

No, glass containers are not permitted on the boats for safety reasons. Please transfer drinks to cans, plastic bottles, or bring a cooler with ice.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7+ days before your trip receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are not refundable, though we may be able to reschedule depending on availability. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled.

What happens if there's bad weather?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund. Light rain usually doesn't stop us - Austin weather can change quickly!

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, towels, swimwear, a change of clothes, your phone/camera, and any food or drinks you want (BYOB!). We provide everything else.

Is there swimming involved?

Swimming is optional but encouraged! We anchor at calm coves where you can swim, float on lily pads, and enjoy the water. Life jackets are provided for all guests.

Can children come on the boat?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome on family-friendly cruises. For party cruises with alcohol, we require all passengers to be 21+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
