How much does a party boat rental cost in Austin?

BOATX party boat rentals start at $195/hour for pontoon boats and $295/hour for double decker party boats. Most groups spend $500-$900 total. All rentals include a USCG licensed captain, fuel, and lily pads.

Can you bring alcohol on Austin boat rentals?

Yes! All BOATX boat rentals are BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) friendly. You can bring your own food and drinks. We provide coolers and ice.

Lake Austin boats depart from 5019 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746. Lake Travis boats have multiple departure points.

Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation
Full payment is due at the time of booking or as specified

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 48+ hours before: Full refund
Cancellations within 48 hours: No refund (weather exceptions apply)
Weather cancellations: Full refund or reschedule at no charge

Safety & Conduct

All guests must follow captain instructions at all times
Life jackets must be worn when requested by the captain
No glass containers allowed on board
Responsible alcohol consumption is expected (21+ only)
No illegal substances permitted
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings

Liability

Guests participate in boat activities at their own risk. BOATX maintains appropriate insurance coverage, but guests acknowledge the inherent risks of water activities. By booking, you agree to release BOATX from liability for any injuries or losses except in cases of gross negligence.
